1. What files do I need to send you?
CAD drawings (DWG), PDFs or clear sketches of the plans, sections and elevations, plus any BIM requirements you have. The more complete the drawings, the more accurate the model.
2. Which Revit version do you work in?
I work in recent Revit versions (up to Revit 2026). Tell me which version you use before ordering, so I deliver a file you can open without problems.
3. What level of detail do you model to?
The level of modeling will definitely meet the client's needs, regardless of the level of Complexity. If you need a specific level of detail (for example LOD 500), message me before ordering.
4. Do you deliver the IFC file too?
Yes, the checked IFC export is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, you can add it with the IFC export extra.
5. Can you fill parameters from my Excel or EIR list?
Yes. In the Premium package, or with the shared parameters extra, I set up your parameters in the model from your Excel sheet or information requirements.
6. My building is bigger than the package area. What now?
Use the Additional m2 extra, or send me a message with the drawings and I’ll give you a custom offer.
7. Do you model structure or MEP?
My service covers architectural modeling. If you need structural or MEP elements, message me first so I can confirm what I can do.
8. Can I get revisions after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes revisions, and you can add more with the Additional revision extra. Revisions cover corrections to the agreed scope, not new drawings.
