Are revisions included? How does that work?
Yes, one round of revision is included in the service. Please note that the revision covers video editing only, and that refilming or altering the voiceover isn't included, since the script will be provided and approved by you before filming.
What are the usage rights for this service?
The usage rights for this service are limited to my Amazon Store. To use the video on your Amazon Store or listing, your social media, your website, or in ads, please let me know, and we can discuss a broader license.
Do you have an Amazon Influencer Storefront where you could share the video?
Yes! And as an Amazon Influencer, I will upload the completed video on my storefront, providing your product with extra visibility.
Would it be possible for you to purchase the product, and I will reimburse you for the cost?
I do not purchase products and include the cost in my rates. Especially if you want me to upload the video to my Amazon Storefront. I can't get a reimbursement as it's against the Amazon Influencer Program's Terms of Service.
What's the orientation of the video?
It can be horizontal or vertical, just let me know.
What's resolution of the video?
It will be 1080p HD.
What's the format of the video?
The format will be .MP4
Can you return the product after the video is done?
Sure, just provide a prepaid label when you ship me the product. Please note that product return is not always possible, so please ask beforehand.
