Basic (130)** 1 workflow, up to 2 APIs, 1 revision, docs. **Standard (300) 2/3 connected workflows, up to 4 APIs, Sheet/Airtable, 2 revisions, docs.
Premium ($650) fuller setup (e.g. WhatsApp + chatbot + daily report), up to 8 APIs, 3 revisions, docs.
Stripe/PayPal is an extra. n8n hosting and WhatsApp API fees are not included.
How we work: you describe the steps I confirm the package I build in n8n you test with the included revisions.

What do I get exactly?
A working n8n workflow (or more, depending on the package), connected to the apps we agreed, plus short documentation. You keep it on your n8n account.
Do I need n8n already?
Cloud or self-hosted is fine. If you have neither, say so before ordering and I’ll tell you the simplest option. Hosting fees are not included.
What’s the difference between packages?
Basic = 1 workflow, up to 2 APIs. Standard = 2–3 connected workflows, up to 4 APIs, Sheet/Airtable. Premium = larger setup (e.g. WhatsApp + chatbot + daily report), up to 8 APIs.
Is WhatsApp Business API included?
I connect it. Meta / Twilio (or similar) fees are yours. If you only have WhatsApp on the phone, tell me first — the official API is not the same thing.
What do you need from me?
The tools you use, the steps of the process, and access (or a test account). Screenshots of the current process help a lot.
How many revisions?
Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3. Extra revisions can be added.
Do you also build a booking or takeaway website?
Not in this gig. I have a separate gig for that — message me.
