Do I need any equipment to start?
Not necessarily! I can design a plan based on whatever you have access to — whether it's a fully equipped gym, basic home equipment (dumbbells, bands), or just your bodyweight. Just let me know your setup before we start.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely! I work with clients of all levels, from total beginners to advanced athletes. Every plan is built around YOUR current fitness level, so you'll never feel lost or overwhelmed.
How is the workout plan delivered?
You'll receive your custom plan as a clean, easy-to-follow PDF (or Google Doc) with detailed instructions, sets, reps, and video references for each exercise.
What information do you need from me?
After you order, I'll send a short questionnaire covering your goals, fitness level, available equipment, schedule, injuries, and preferences. The more details you share, the better your plan will be!
How long until I see results?
Most clients start feeling stronger and more energetic within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear after 4–8 weeks of consistent training. Remember — consistency beats intensity every time!
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Please let me know about any injuries or medical conditions before ordering. I'll do my best to design a safe plan around them, but for serious conditions, I always recommend consulting your doctor first.
