I will create a 3D model from your images by processing them in photogrammetry software. You will be able to use a model in AR/VR, game engines or other 3D software depending on your workflow.
The image quality directly influences the final 3D model quality, so please make sure you shoot steady, sharp, high-res images with good lighting, soft shadows and non reflective/transparent surfaces. Images should be taken from different perspectives and angles with your phone, DSLR, drone or any other capable camera (the higher quality = the better result)

What image quantity is optimal for good quality?
More images = more details = higher quality model. Key here is shooting as much details from all angles as possible to cover the whole object.
Any tips for shooting?
Sure, i usually shoot 36 images with 10 degree step (36*10=360 degree) turning around the object from one angle, then change the angle and do 36 images again. 3 angles (front, top, bottom) will give you 3x36=108 images which is good, but more is better))
Any tips for camera settings?
Make sure that your camera aperture number is as high as possible (F>5.6 in DLSR), so that you have the whole object in focus. And try not to change lens' focal length to avoid distortion. If you shoot on phone - try to make images with just one zoom distance (e.g. 1x or 1.5x)
