About this gig
Your team copies data between tools, posts the same Slack updates and replies to the same alerts by hand. I'll turn that into an n8n workflow that runs on its own.
In production, I built an n8n + Claude automation: a team member adds an emoji reaction to a Slack alert, and the client automatically gets the right message. Before that, every message was sent by hand.

- Support ops: Intercom, Jira and Google Sheets connected to Slack

In production, I set up Intercom Fin AI during a migration to Intercom: behavior, answer sources and human handoff. Fin now resolves 70%+ of incoming live chats. I also built an n8n + Claude flow where a Slack emoji reaction on an alert sends the client a message automatically.

Both. If you don't have n8n yet, I'll recommend the cheaper option for your volume.
Who pays for OpenAI or Claude API usage?
You do, with your own API key. I'll estimate the monthly cost before building.
Can you move my Zapier zaps to n8n?
Yes. Send me a list of zaps, and I'll tell you which ones are worth moving.
What if a workflow breaks later?
Each workflow sends an error alert to Slack or email. Fixes for bugs in my work are free for 14 days after delivery.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You create the credentials in n8n or share access through your app's team or API key settings.
How do we communicate?
In Fiverr chat, in writing. You get progress updates and a written guide with screenshots at delivery.
