Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes, please message me first. Every project differs in scale and complexity. A short conversation lets me confirm the right package or send a custom offer for larger work.
What files do you need to start?
2D floor plans, elevations, or a rough sketch with dimensions. If you already have a 3D model, send it and I will work from that. Reference images of styles or materials you like are always helpful.
What is the difference between a walkthrough video and an interactive build?
A video is a fixed camera path your client watches. An interactive build is a file they run themselves, where they walk anywhere, switch materials, and change the lighting. Most sellers offer the first. I offer both.
How does my client open the interactive file?
It is delivered as a Windows executable, so your client does not need Unreal Engine installed. Hardware requirements depend on the project complexity, so please tell me the target computer specifications if the interactive build will be used on a specific device.
What resolution are the renders?
Up to 4K, 3840 x 2160, for print and presentation use.
Can you model from scratch if I have no 3D model?
Yes. Standard and Premium include full modelling from your 2D plans. Basic is for clients who already have a model.
My project is larger than one room. Can you do it?
Absolutely. Large residential, commercial and multi-unit projects need a custom quote. Send me your plans and I will price it properly.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Every package includes revisions. Minor adjustments are included. Major changes that need re-modelling are agreed with you first, never a surprise charge.
