About this Gig
Contact-form leads and Woo notices vanishing is not a small IT issue it is unpaid pipeline.
I rescue WordPress SMTP and form mail so submissions and transactional notices use an authenticated SMTP path instead of blocked PHP mail. Based in India, remote worldwide.
This gig vs Email deliverability
- This gig: WP SMTP plugin, form notifications, mail never arrived or host blocked PHP mail.
- Email gig: Domain SPF, DKIM, DMARC for the whole sending domain.
If forms still land in spam after SMTP works, order Email next. I will say so plainly in the delivery note.
What I need: WP admin, which form or Woo email fails, mail provider you want (you own API keys or app passwords), hosting panel only if required.
What you get: working SMTP for the scoped package, form or Woo tests documented, plain-English retest steps, conditional fix if my SMTP settings fail to send a test after you provide valid provider credentials.
Not included: buying mailbox or ESP plans, cold-email infrastructure, guaranteed inbox worldwide, full DNS auth (Email gig), off-platform contact.
Message with your form plugin name and mail host if unsure which package fits.

FAQ
Do you need my Google or Microsoft password?
Prefer app password or SMTP or API credentials you create. I do not need full mailbox takeover for a normal SMTP fix.
Will this fix emails going to spam?
It fixes not sending, host blocked PHP mail, or form silent fail. Spam-folder after send often needs SPF, DKIM, DMARC (Email gig) plus reputation factors I cannot guarantee.
Contact Form 7, Elementor, Gravity, WPForms?
Yes on common stacks. Message first for heavy custom or CRM webhooks.
How fast?
Basic and Standard aim for 1-day delivery once access and SMTP credentials are available. Waiting on 2FA or host support pauses the clock.
India remote — timezone?
Yes, India-based. Asynchronous Fiverr chat. Cutover tests scheduled when you are available if needed.
