About this Gig
Migration from Xero to Zoho Books. We will need the following details:
- Transaction list from Xero (for providing the quotation).
- Access to Xero and Zoho Books as an admin user.
Our charges are dependent upon the number of transactions, Quotation can be provided once the transactions are shared. Generally migration from Xero to Zoho Books requires 2 to 5 days of effort depending upon the number of transactions and complications in how the data is recorded on Xero.
We also provide post migration training services on a chargeable basis.

FAQ
What all will be migrated?
All of existing transactional data including invoices, bills, payments, expenses and journals will be moved including matching of P&L/Balance Sheet for each financial year. However please note that attachments won't be moved. Any other limitations will be duly informed before delivering the order.
Whether training/consultancy is included in the package?
No, training or consultancy is not included in any of the packages. This can be availed as an extra service @$50 per hour.
Whether attachments loaded with the transactions will be migrated?
No, attachments won't be moved as part of the migration process. If the attachments are less than 1000, they can be moved at extra cost @ $6 per hour i.e. total additional $100. The quotation will be provided seperately.
Whether templates of Invoices, emails, etc. will be moved?
No, that can be made on Zoho Books by your team pre or post migration.
Whether any customisations made on Xero to Zoho Books.
We will try our best to move custom fields to Zoho Books. However please note that any integrations won't be moved to Zoho Books.
Whether bank rules will be transferred from Xero to Zoho Books.
No, that cannot be moved, However if you need any help in setting up the bank feeds and rules, that can be discussed separately.
