About this gig

Your customers already use your website or web app. This turns it into a real Windows program: its own icon on the desktop, its own window, no browser tabs and no address bar in the way.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A Windows installer (.exe) with your icon and name
  • - Its own window, menus and keyboard shortcuts
  • - Desktop notifications and a system tray icon (Pro and above)
  • - Full source code, so you are never locked to me
  • - Tested on Windows 10 and 11

HONEST NOTE, PLEASE READ

A web app in a desktop shell is still a web app. If your site needs the internet to work, the desktop version will too. I can add offline caching for parts of it, but I will tell you up front what can and cannot work offline instead of promising magic.

MICROSOFT STORE (Premium)

I package the app as MSIX and submit it to the Microsoft Store. If Microsoft rejects the submission I fix it and resubmit at no extra cost. 11 of my own apps are published on the Store, so I know the rejection reasons before they happen.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Send me the address of your site or app and tell me who will use it. I will tell you honestly whether this makes sense for you, which package fits, and how long it takes.

I build Windows desktop apps that work offline and ship to the Microsoft Store — 11 of mine are published there today. Small, sharp tools that do one job well: PDF and file utilities, image converters, OCR, QR, plus business software (POS, inventory, staff tracking). I handle the whole path: build, code signing, MSIX packaging and Store submission — including where most people get stuck, certification failures. Everything runs on the user's own machine. No accounts, no uploads. Tell me what you need and I'll say honestly whether I can do it, what it costs, and how long it takes.
