About this Gig

Need a professional, error-free survey for your research, NGO project, or data collection work? I design KoboToolbox questionnaires that are accurate, well-structured, and ready to deploy in the field.

I specialize in:

KoboToolbox form design from your questionnaire (Word, PDF, or paper copy)

Skip logic and conditional questions

Validation rules and constraints (to prevent bad data entry)

Calculations and auto-filled fields

Multi-language survey setup

GPS, photo, and multimedia question types

ODK / XLSForm-compatible form building

Testing the form on mobile before handoff

Whether you need a simple 10-question survey or a complex multi-section questionnaire with branching logic, I build it so your enumerators can collect clean, reliable data from day one.

I have direct field experience building data collection tools for health, nutrition, and development programs so I understand what actually works when real enumerators are using these forms in real conditions, not just in theory.

Why work with me:

  • Clear communication throughout
  • Forms tested before delivery no broken skip logic or validation errors
  • Fast turnaround
  • Available for a call to walk through your questionnaire needs
