I will create fillable PDF form

Need to create or convert forms to fillable PDF forms from paper or existing electronic files like scanned file or image, word file, normal PDF file.

I can create and convert an existing form/scanned PDF file/word file/image into a fillable PDF form.

features that can be included

  1. Text box/field

  2. Check box

  3. Radio active buttons

  4. Drop down menu (can select one from various options)

  5. Combo box (can select one from various options

    and also have option to input text manually)

  6. Auto calculation field (sum/average/minimum/maximum)

  7. Auto date picker (Automatically input today's date when

    clicked on the field)

  8. Signature field

  9. Visible and Invisible field

   i) Invisible field but printable

   ii) Visible field but not printable
