Exhibiting in a market you don't know well usually goes wrong in one of two ways: no one on the ground who can actually talk to buyers, or a booth with no plan for turning visits into real relationships. I cover both.

I'm a native Japanese speaker based in Paris, with hands-on trade show experience from buyer relations work at an international fashion trade show company, covering shows like Premiere Classe and Who's Next. I've supported Paris Fashion Week production as well, so I understand both the pace of a live show floor and what buyers actually respond to.

This isn't remote coordination. I work on-site in Paris or Tokyo, trilingual in Japanese, English, and French, handling interpreting, booth support, and buyer communication in real time. Before the show, I can research and reach out to relevant buyers so meetings are already set. After, I send a clear follow-up summary so the relationships don't go cold once the show ends.
