Thanks to multidisciplinary, detail orientaided workflow of mine, I am 100% sure I will meet your expectations in terms of:

I will create high-quality diagrams, clay renders explaining various design decisions, building "explode" and isometric views. Site analysis in 3D out of google earth 3D data is also avaible.

It really depends on subject of your project. I will make sure to deliver the best quality infographics that represent the truth.
How flexible are you in terms of formats, designs and overall "atmosphere" of diagrams?
The scope of possibilites for an interesting diagram is endless! You can send me some inspirations or describe the "vibe" you want to achive and I'm sure we will create something amazing.
Do you provide vector graphics?
Yes BUT the diagram will be constrained by the format (line-work with solid fills)
