Q1: Can you guarantee my account won't be suspended?
No one legitimately can, since Amazon's enforcement decisions are their own and PRO approvals depend on each country's authority. What I can do is make sure your EPR registration is complete, correctly classified, and submitted on time, which is the most common reason sellers get flagged at first.
Q2: Do I need to register in every EU country I sell to, or just Germany?
Every EU country runs its own EPR system. Registering in one country does not cover the others. From August 2026, Amazon checks this per country under the PPWR rules, so if you sell into multiple EU marketplaces, you need registration in each one.
Q3: How long does registration take?
It varies by country. Germany is usually 2 to 4 weeks. France, Italy, Spain, and several others can take up to 3 to 4 months during busy review periods. I recommend starting well before your target deadline, especially with the August 12, 2026 enforcement date approaching.
Q4: What information do you need from me?
Your company registration details, the EU countries you sell into, your packaging material types (cardboard, plastic, etc.), and estimated annual packaging volumes. Full list is in the Requirements section.
Q5: Do you also handle WEEE (electronics) or battery EPR?
Yes, this is included in the Premium package as an add-on. If you sell electronics or battery-powered products, you likely need separate WEEE and/or battery EPR registrations in addition to packaging EPR.
Q6: My listings are already deactivated. Can you fix that?
I can register or correct your EPR registration, which is usually the underlying cause. Reinstatement of the specific listings is then handled through Amazon's own review process once your compliance documentation is valid and uploaded.
