Do I need a paid Google Workspace account?
No. It works with a free Gmail account. Workspace is also supported.
Will you need my Gmail password?
No. You authorize the script in your own account. I never ask for passwords.
What if my invoices come in different formats?
That is common. I set up rules for your main vendors, and unclear emails are marked for review so nothing is missed.
Can it read data from PDF invoices?
Yes, in the Premium package. AI (Claude API) reads the invoice details. You use your own API key, and the cost is usually a few cents per invoice.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The script runs on free Google quota. Only the Premium AI reading uses a small pay-per-use API cost. Optional maintenance is available if your email formats change often.
Do I need a Telegram account?
Yes, a free one. I will guide you to create your own bot in a few minutes. If you prefer, alerts can also be sent by email.
