I provide the game assets in FBX, OBJ, GLB, DAE etc. And of course, along with their respective textures for simple drag and drop into Unreal Engine and Unity.

The length of a project is dependent on the level of detail that your asset requires, minimal detailed assets will take less time (usually a few days) whiles more detailed assets will take more time (days to probably weeks).
