A second pair of eyes always comes in handy (like a fine-tooth comb!) when looking for any errors that might have missed the editor's eye. You will receive tracked changes made to your manuscript using Microsoft Word, as well as a concise reader report that focuses on these elements of your story:
- First Chapter (Does it grab the reader's attention enough to continue reading?)
- Clarity (Were there any parts that were confusing?)
- Pace (Were there any moments in the story that lagged or made me want to skip?)
- Characters (Were they believable or relatable? Who were my favorites?)
- Errors/Inconsistencies (Were there any that pulled me from the story?)
- Ending (Was it sufficient enough to match the stakes given in the story?)

FAQ
What genres do you accept?
I accept a variety of genres in fiction including romance, adventure, mystery, thriller/horror, sci-fi/fantasy, dystopia or a combination of any of these! I do not, however, read erotica. If you're working on a non-fiction manuscript, I'd be happy to discuss and see if we'll fit!
What age groups do you read in?
I read from middle-grade to YA/NA to adult! If you haven't noticed already, I'm quite a wide reader ;)
Do you accept PDFs?
Unfortunately, no. In order to give you the best of my expertise, I'll need to work on an editable Word doc (or .docx) so you can easily track changes and comments I leave on your manuscript. Google Docs are also acceptable.
