I will produce sheet metal models

About this gig
I will model sheet metal parts that will be ready to be cut on a laser or CNC in Autodesk Inventor, and will include technical drawings showing dimensions, angles, and bend lines to make sure you have everything you need to successfully manufacture your part.
Please message me before ordering so we may discuss your project before moving forward.
As a note, my packages all say "1 Technical Drawing". For packages that include more than one part, this refers to 1 drawing per part, meaning each of your parts will still get their own drawing. If you wish to add any extra technical drawings at an extra cost, you will be able to let me know what you would like on that drawing.
If you need more than 5 parts modeled, we can discuss this further in messages.

FAQ
What information do you need to start the project?
To begin modeling your sheet metal part, please provide any available reference material such as sketches, PDFs, photos, dimensioned drawings, or existing CAD files. If possible, include material thickness, bend radii, and any manufacturing requirements. The more detail you provide, the more accurat
What file format will I receive?
You will typically receive: - Autodesk Inventor files (.IPT) - DWG files for drawings - DXF files for flat patterns - PDF drawings (if requested) - STEP, STL, or OBJ are also available if requested. If you need a different format, just let me know before ordering.
Can you create flat patterns for laser cutting or fabrication?
Yes. I can generate accurate flat patterns optimized for sheet metal manufacturing, including DXF files suitable for laser cutting, plasma cutting, or CNC punching.
Can you convert sketches, photos, or PDFs into CAD models?
Yes. I can convert hand sketches, technical drawings, or photos into precise 3D sheet metal models in Autodesk Inventor, as long as I am provided with dimensions.
What if I’m not sure about the dimensions yet?
No problem. If your concept is still early-stage, I can help develop the model based on your idea and adjust dimensions as needed during revisions.
Do you offer custom quotes for larger projects?
Yes. If your project involves multiple parts or an assembly, feel free to message me first and I can provide a custom quote.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, I recommend sending a message before ordering so we can review your requirements and ensure the correct package is selected.
