Q: Do you use AI or software for transcription?
A: Absolutely not. I provide 100% manual transcription. This ensures a much higher accuracy than any automated service, as I can understand context, accents, and complex terms.
What if my file is longer than your longest package (60 minutes)?
No problem! Please send me a message with your file length, and I will create a fast, custom offer for you.
Are my files safe with you?
Yes, 100%. All files are treated as strictly confidential. I will personally delete all source files and transcripts after the order is completed and accepted.
What do you do if you can't understand a word or phrase?
I will first do extensive research to try and identify the word. If it is still unclear (due to poor audio or a very specific term), I will mark it with a timestamp and highlight it, like this: [inaudible 00:15:32].
Can you work with files that have poor audio quality?
Please message me before ordering. Poor audio (heavy background noise, low volume, crosstalk) takes significantly more time. I need to review it first to see if I can do it and if it requires an extra fee.
Do you offer subtitle files?
Yes! My Premium Package includes a perfectly synced .SRT subtitle file for your video. You can also add this as a "Gig Extra" to the Basic or Standard packages.
