What do you need to begin?
After placing an order, there is a simple questionnaire in which you can provide any information you think is necessary for me to hear. If you're unsure of a direction, just tell me and we can brainstorm together!
Which package is best for me?
For personal use and one-off designs, I recommend the basic tier. For commercial uses and other I recommend either the standard or premium based on your preference.
Can you create Kanji/Hanzi name for my business if I don't have one already?
Yes, that is no problem! If you need a Kanji/Hanzi name for your business, just let me know the meaning and concept behind your brand, and I can create a name using characters with a meaning and sound which matches your brand.
Do I need to provide Chinese or Japanese text?
No, if you don't already have Japanese or Chinese text, I can give input in creating a good and culturally appropriate translation of your brand name into Japanese or Chinese.
Will you give a commercial licence?
Yes, all work that you receive upon an order's completion includes a perpetual commercial license (your full ownership), and you will be able to use it for any purpose you wish.
What are vector and source files?
In contrast with PNGs and JPGs, which can appear pixelated if sized too big or small, vector files remain sharp at any size whether printed on a business card or a billboard. For me, source files and vector files are one and the same as I work in Inkscape.
If I am unhappy with the product, will you do revisions?
Yes, of course! Just give your input and let me know what you would like me to change. I will not count minor tweaks as a revision for the most part, only more major changes. Each package has a certain amount and more can also be purchased.
