FAQ
Do you work on physical devices or only labs?
Both. I can work from your existing configuration files, or connect to a lab environment. For physical devices I usually work from configs you export and send me, which is safer than direct access.
Which Juniper platforms do you support?
EX switches, MX routers and SRX firewalls, running Junos. If you have a model you're unsure about, message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
Can you do Cisco as well?
Yes. I work with Cisco IOS alongside Junos, and I can help with migrations between the two.
Will you explain what you did, or just send config?
Every order includes a written explanation of each change and why it was made. Several buyers hire me specifically for that, because a config you don't understand is a config you can't maintain.
Can I get the report in Dutch?
Yes. I deliver in English by default, and in Dutch on request at no extra cost
