What counts as an operation or report?
An operation is one agreed transformation: one format conversion, exact-key join, grouped summary or validation rule. A report is one agreed output table, delivered in one Excel or CSV file. Charts and extra output tables need a separate scope.
Can you use Python, VBA or SQL?
The listed packages include one Python script or one VBA tool for compatible desktop Excel on Windows. We choose the environment before work. SQL extraction can be scoped separately after reviewing your schema, access method and required output.
Will it run on new files?
Yes, within the agreed file, row and operation limits, when new files retain the same structure and rules. I test the agreed examples and document the input contract. A changed layout, new business rule or extra data source requires an update.
Will the report run on a schedule?
These packages include manual execution. Scheduling, cloud hosting, live APIs/databases, credential setup, monitoring and ongoing maintenance are separate. I state any software dependencies and the tested version in the handover guide.
How will we check that it works?
We agree sample inputs and expected outputs. Delivery includes the tool, source code, example outputs and a validation checklist covering the agreed transformations and representative invalid inputs. Your original inputs are preserved.
What does the revision include?
One consolidated round covers adjustments to the agreed workflow and original output. New features, environments or rules are a separate scope. Errors against the agreed requirements are corrected. Complete requirements are needed for the order timeline.
Does the gallery show the exact package deliverable?
The gallery is a synthetic sales refresh demonstration. Its larger workbook and charts are capability examples. Each package covers up to 500 total rows, 20 columns per table and one output table. Charts and forecasting require a separate agreement.
