I will build a custom client portal with membership and admin workflows
About this gig
Give customers one place to sign in, manage their profile and submit requests. I build custom portals informed by hands-on membership, payment-tracking and operational workflow projects.
BASIC: login, profile, 1 request module and admin controls; up to 6 screens.
STANDARD: up to 3 modules and 9 screens, private file uploads and 2 email notification rules.
PREMIUM: up to 4 modules and 10 screens, plus one approved payment provider using hosted checkout and verified payment events.
One business, one language and two roles: customer and admin. Each module is one record type with up to 10 fields and simple create/view/update/status actions. Screen totals include login and admin pages. Membership is managed by the admin.
All tiers include responsive design, source code, agreed workflow tests, setup notes and one compatible deployment. Hosting, email/API fees and merchant approval are separate. No recurring billing, e-signature, multi-tenant SaaS or data migration. New features are not revisions.
Message me before ordering to confirm scope and access. AI-assisted code is reviewed and tested; the cover is illustrative.

What file uploads are included?
Standard and Premium include private PDF, JPG and PNG uploads up to 10 MB per file, with role-based access. OCR, bulk migration and formal compliance certification are not included.
Are payments and subscriptions included?
Only Premium includes one approved provider hosted checkout and verified payment events. Provider fees and approval are separate. Recurring subscriptions, e-signatures and bookkeeping are excluded.
