They say, " we are our biggest critics" Do you feel like there are so many things you want to accomplish but can't seem to "JUST DO IT"?
Then we get into this negative spiral of thoughts or not! These can be Self Limiting beliefs. AT times they come from ourselves but often they are present from childhood trauma, or childhood conditioning. They can even be passed down through our ancestors DNA.
As a holistic practitioner my passion is to help people help themselves! I don't heal you but I guide you into healing yourself and that's where the true magic happens!
