About this gig
Need a broken n8n workflow fixed, a new one built, or two apps connected? I'll make it work, with validation, safe retries and an error alert so nothing fails silently.
What I do
- Fix: find why one workflow (up to 15 nodes) fails, fix it and explain each change
- Build: a new workflow from a webhook, form or schedule trigger to APIs with API key or bearer token auth, and email via your own SMTP
- Connect: field mapping, validation and a CSV run log
How it works
- You export the workflow as JSON (n8n leaves secrets out) and attach it to the order
- I fix or build it on my own n8n with test credentials
- You import it, select your own credentials and run my test steps
You get the JSON, a change note or docs, and test steps. No n8n yet? I add setup steps.
Never paste keys in chat; no passwords or owner logins.
Not included: OAuth, Google Sheets, problems in your own app, API or hosting, n8n plan or API costs.
I scope every order myself and personally review every delivery.

I build fast landing pages in English, Arabic or both, with proper right-to-left layouts, and connect apps with n8n workflows, webhooks and REST APIs. I also fix HTML, CSS and JavaScript bugs, including Arabic RTL layout issues. I'm Yazeed, an independent developer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and new on Fiverr: my samples are demo projects, not client work. I scope every order myself and personally review each delivery. Fixed scope, tested work and written handover notes.
FAQ
What do you need from me?
What should happen (or what fails, with the error message), the services and their API docs, dummy sample data, and your workflow exported from n8n as JSON, attached to the order. n8n leaves credential secrets out of the export. Never paste keys in chat.
Do you need access to my n8n?
No. By default I work from your exported JSON on my own n8n with test credentials, and you import the result. If your n8n plan includes workflow sharing, you can add me as a limited project member instead, never as owner.
How do you test without my keys?
With test credentials and mock services built from your API docs and sample data. Your delivery includes short test steps to run after you import it and select your own credentials.
Can you fix a workflow someone else built?
Yes, one workflow of up to 15 nodes in Basic. Tell me the error and when it happens. If the cause is outside n8n (your app, the API, hosting or billing), I'll explain it in the change note; fixing it there isn't included.
Which apps can you connect?
Services with an API key or bearer token, incoming webhooks, and email through your own SMTP. Not included: OAuth connections, Google Sheets, and any use an API's terms don't allow.
I don't have n8n yet. Can you still do it?
Yes. I deliver the workflow JSON plus step-by-step setup notes. You create your own n8n account (cloud or self-hosted, at your cost), import it and add your own credentials. Never paste keys in chat.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic 1, Standard 2, Premium 3. Premium also includes 14 days of fixes after delivery. A larger workflow (over 15 nodes), extra workflows or services need an upgrade or a custom offer.
Who owns the workflow?
You do. It runs in your own n8n, you get the JSON and the docs, and your keys never leave your n8n. If you added me as a project member, remove my access after delivery.
