What counts as one bug?
One bug = one specific error or issue. Example: "API returns 500 on user login" is 1 bug. Multiple unrelated errors count as separate bugs. Message me if unsure—I'll clarify before you order.
What access do you need?
Minimum: Error logs, stack trace, and code access (GitHub or ZIP). Ideal: Staging environment to test safely. I can work via screen share if you prefer not to share code directly.
Can you deliver faster than 24 hours?
For urgent production issues, message me first. If I'm available, I can often start immediately. Response time is typically under 2 hours during my working hours (GMT+7).
What technologies do you work with?

What if you can't fix the bug?
