No, at the moment this is not possible.
Do I need a specific framework for it? (ESX, QBUS etc.)
No, the UI isn't related to any framework.
How do I connect the NUI callbacks to my script?
It's quite simple, when I provide you the UI you'll find a client.lua file with all the NUI callbacks registered. Each callback have a data field with all the specifications, for example: - data.userId = the userId passed - data.text = the text the user submitted
