What Access Details Do You Need to Get Started?
I need WordPress admin login (Administrator role), hosting cPanel or FTP/SFTP access, and current backup access (if available). Please create a temporary admin account for me. I delete it after work is complete for your website security.
Are Prices Monthly or One-Time?
All 3 packages are one-time payments for that month of service. If you want continuous WordPress maintenance, you can reorder every month or contact me for a discounted 3, 6, or 12-month package with priority support.
What Do Content Updates Include?
Content updates cover text edits, image uploads, blog post uploads, product additions, price changes, menu changes, contact info updates, and small design tweaks. Anything doable within your allowed hours in the package.
What is NOT Included in Content Updates?
Custom development, new page design from scratch, plugin coding, custom API integration, migration, redesign, or full ecommerce setup are separate services. I quote these individually and give you a fair fixed price.
Do You Provide Ad-Hoc WordPress Support?
Yes. For emergency WordPress bug fix, hacked site recovery, malware removal, or urgent website issues, contact me directly. I offer priority ad-hoc support at hourly rates starting from $30 per hour with fast turnaround.

Can You Manage Multiple WordPress Websites?
Yes. If you have 2 or more WordPress websites, message me for a multi-site discount. I offer 15% off on 2 sites, 20% off on 3+ sites, and can also set up centralised monitoring across all your sites.
Do You Fix Hacked or Malware-Infected Sites?
Yes. Malware removal is included in Premium package. For Basic and Standard buyers, I offer emergency malware cleanup at $49 flat. I clean the site, patch security holes, install Wordfence, and set up backups.
Will You Be Our Ongoing Website Manager?
Absolutely. Many of my clients have been with me for 3+ years as their long-term WordPress manager. After you complete the gig, we can set up a retainer arrangement outside Fiverr or on repeat monthly orders.
