FAQ
Can this system be customized for my specific industry?
Yes. The application is modular. We can turn modules on or off, add custom data fields, or adapt document templates (invoices, work orders, timesheets) to your exact business needs.
Where is the application hosted, and will I have recurring server fees?
The system runs on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Auth, Hosting). For most small-to-medium businesses, Firebase’s generous free tier covers daily usage, meaning virtually zero hosting costs initially.
Do you help migrate our existing data from Excel?
Yes! We offer data import services for your clients, suppliers, and inventory/price lists from CSV or Excel spreadsheets as part of our setup process.
