FAQ
What type of footage works best for this service?
Interview-style content works best — podcasts, Q&As, talking head videos, or any footage where someone is speaking to camera. Ideally 5–30 minutes of raw material. The more content you provide, the better clips I can pull.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need your raw footage file (MP4, MOV, or similar), any brand guidelines you have (colors, fonts, logo), and brief notes on which moments matter most — or you can let me choose the best hooks.
How long will the final reels be?
Most reels land between 60 seconds and 3 minutes depending on your content. I edit for retention, so length depends on how much compelling material exists. We can discuss your target length before I start.
Do you add captions/subtitles?
Yes, captions are included in all packages. They're clean, accurate, and formatted for easy reading on mobile. If you have specific font or style preferences, just let me know.
Can you match my brand colors and style?
Absolutely. Send me your brand kit (logo, colors, fonts) and I'll keep everything consistent. If you don't have one, I'll use clean, professional defaults that suit your content.
What's your revision policy?
Each package includes revisions (1–3 depending on tier). Revisions cover tweaks to pacing, text, or minor adjustments. Major changes to scope (like adding new clips or restructuring the entire video) may require additional payment.
Can you deliver faster if I need a rush order?
Yes, I offer rush delivery for urgent projects. Message me before ordering so we can confirm timing and any additional fee based on your deadline.
What file format will I receive?
You'll receive MP4 files in 9:16 vertical format, optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you need other formats (16:9, 1:1), let me know in advance.
Do you provide the editable project file?
Editable project files are not included by default. If you need the source file (Premiere Pro or CapCut), message me and we can arrange it for an additional fee.
Is this service ongoing or one-time only?
Both! Many of my clients are podcasters and coaches who send weekly footage. If you're looking for ongoing collaboration, message me and we can set up a workflow that works for you.

Youssef was professional, responsive, and open to revisions. The final edit came out well and the storytelling/pacing were strong. It took a few rounds to fully match the specific visual style I wanted, but he was patient with feedback and made the requested changes.
