FAQ
Can you design from just an idea or sketch?
Yes. Whether you have a rough hand sketch, a reference photo, or just a mechanical concept, I can translate it into a fully functional 3D CAD model. We will discuss the required biomechanics and range of motion before I begin engineering the structural frame.
Do you provide engineering analysis?
Absolutely. I perform rigorous Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate extreme weight loads on the machine. This ensures the pivot points, load arms, and main frame will not yield, bend, or fail under heavy commercial use.
Can you prepare the files for manufacturing?
Yes, this is my specialty. I apply strict Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles. I deliver production-ready STEP files, 2D technical blueprints, sheet metal flat patterns, and weldment profiles so your fabricator can begin CNC machining and laser cutting immediately
What software and credentials do you use?
I exclusively use industry-standard SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD for all 3D modeling, FEA, and manufacturing blueprints. My mechanical engineering workflows are backed by official, active CSWA, CSWP, and CSWP-Sheet Metal certifications.
Will I receive the source files to manufacture the machine?
Yes. In the Standard and Premium packages, you will receive the native 3D source files (.SLDPRT / .STEP) and all technical drawings. Once the project is complete, you have full rights to manufacture, patent, and sell the equipment.
