About this gig
2+ years of experience in 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD modeling. I turn 3D scans, photos or measurements into clean, print-ready models, mostly car parts and trim. You get a print-ready STL, an editable STEP file, and a scan vs. model overlay so you can check the fit yourself. Just send your scan or photos from every side, plus any measurements you have. Hey, I’m Youssef, a US based product designer in Southern California. I turn 3D scans into clean, accurate CAD models that are ready to print or manufacture.
I have my own 3D scanner, so if you don’t have a scan I can scan the part for you. I’ve scanned over 200 parts, from small clips to full bumpers, and every model is checked against the original scan for accuracy.
I also run my own printers, so I can prototype, test fit, and adjust until it’s right. I have access to engineering materials like carbon fiber nylon, PC, ASA, stiff and soft TPU, and foaming TPU

FAQ
Will it fit my car?
It's checked against your scan, and you get an overlay to see it yourself.
What files do I get?
A print-ready STL and an editable STEP. IGES or OBJ on request.
Is the model editable or just a converted mesh?
It's a real solid model built from clean surfaces, not a mesh wrapped into a STEP. It opens and edits in Fusion, SolidWorks, Onshape and other CAD programs.
Can you rebuild broken or old parts?
Yes. Send a scan or photos of what's left and I'll rebuild the missing areas to match the original.

I was honestly shocked at the final result that he achieved within 24 hours achieved, I definitely took a risk buying from a new seller but the results couldn’t have been better!! I literally don’t know how this could be better, thank you so much youssef!
