What should I provide before the order begins?
Please provide: • Shopify store URL • Product/collection URL • Advertising goal • Target country • Ad budget • Approved images/videos • Offer details • Existing campaign info (if any) • Meta Business access (Ad Account, Pixel, Page) Complete information helps prevent delays.
What access will you need?
Depending on your setup, I may require access to: • Meta Business Manager • Ad account • Facebook Page • Instagram account • Meta Pixel • Shopify store for review purposes Please provide advertiser access through Meta and Shopify permissions. Never send passwords through Fiverr messages.
Is the Meta advertising budget included in the package price?
No. The package price covers my service only. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Meta through your ad account.
Do you create the images and videos for the ads?
No. I will set up ads using the images or videos you provide and approve. Ad copy and headlines are included, but graphic design, video editing, UGC production, and creative sourcing are not included unless agreed separately.
Can you guarantee sales or a specific ROAS?
No ethical advertiser can guarantee sales or ROAS. Results depend on various factors like your product, pricing, offer, creative quality, website, tracking, budget, competition, and customer demand.
What does post-launch monitoring include?
Post-launch monitoring includes checking ad approvals, campaign delivery, spend pacing, tracking status, and obvious setup issues. I may make limited corrections when necessary. It does not include long-term optimization, scaling, new creative production, or guaranteed performance improvements.
What is included in audience research?
Basic includes straightforward audience configuration. Standard and Premium include deeper audience research based on your product, ideal customer, competitors, market, and available account data.
Can you work with a new Shopify store?
Yes, provided the store is functional and ready for advertising. You should have clear product pages, working checkout, store policies, usable creative assets, and a realistic testing budget.
Will you install the Meta Pixel and Conversion API?
The packages include a review of your current Pixel and conversion-event status. Full Pixel installation, Conversion API implementation, Google Tag Manager work, or technical Shopify tracking fixes are not included unless agreed separately.
Can you fix a restricted or disabled Meta ad account?
No. Account recovery, policy appeals, identity verification, payment restrictions, and Business Portfolio recovery are outside this Gig’s standard scope.
