What do you need from me to get started?
Your website URL, a description of the bug (what happens vs. what you expect), and a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
Do you need my website login or password?
Not before ordering. If I need access to fix the issue, I'll ask you to create a temporary account with the minimum permissions needed, and you can remove it after delivery.
What if you can't fix my bug?
I'll tell you honestly before starting whenever I can. If I start and truly can't fix it, I'll let you know right away so we can cancel the order — you don't pay for work that isn't done.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic fixes are delivered in 2 days, Standard in 3 days, Premium in 5 days. Message me first if you have an urgent deadline.
