What do I need to send you in order to begin working?
I will require your existing floor plans in PDF format or as readable images.
Are you able to generate elevations and additional drawings solely from the floor plan?
Certainly, I am capable of producing Elevations, Roof plans, Section drawings, Foundation plans, and other necessary drawings based solely on the Floor plan provided. The fee will vary depending on the number of drawings required and the area covered by the project.
Are you willing to make modifications to existing blueprints?
Absolutely, if you have existing blueprints in .dwg format and require modifications, I can assist with that as well. Please reach out to discuss pricing details.
What will be included in the delivery?
You'll receive accurately scaled drawings in PDF and .dwg formats. The number of drawings depends on the fee and scope discussed. Feel free to request a sample before ordering to know exactly what to expect.
Are you able to provide official certification for the drawings?
As I'm not licensed as an architect in your area, I can't provide stamped drawings. Typically, local authorities may not demand stamped drawings. However, if needed, you can engage a local architect to stamp the drawings.
