What happens to my files after delivery?
I delete them from my devices and storage once the order is complete. I never reuse or share your data.
Do you use AI to extract the data?
Yes, for the first pass. I then check rows and totals against the PDF myself. If your files can't go through AI tools, tell me before ordering.
Can you handle scanned PDFs?
Yes, in Premium, using OCR plus a manual check. Very blurry or handwritten pages may not be readable; I'll tell you before you order.
How accurate is it?
Every order is checked by hand. Premium also recalculates totals with formulas so you can verify the match yourself.
What PDFs can you convert?
Invoices, receipts, statements, reports, price lists, catalogs and forms you own or have permission to share.
What do you need from me?
The PDF files (digital or scanned), and the columns you want in the final sheet. For bank statements, tell me if you want Date, Description, Amount or separate Credit and Debit columns.
What formats do you deliver?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV or Google Sheets. Every row and total is checked against your PDF before delivery.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery time depends on the package and is shown in each package. For long or scanned PDFs, message me first and I'll send a custom offer.
