Q: What is the delivery time?
Delivery depends on your package. Basic is 3 days, Standard 7 days, and Premium 10 days. we always deliver on time and keep you updated. Need it faster? Just message is and we will try to accommodate.
Q: How many revisions are included?
I offer unlimited revisions on all packages. We won’t stop until the video is exactly how you want it your satisfaction is my priority.
Q: Which file formats do I receive?
Your final video will be delivered in MP4 (H.264) format by default. Other formats (MOV, AVI, GIF, etc.) are available on request. You also receive all source files (e.g. After Effects project, Illustrator files) so you can make future edits.
Q: Can I request custom animations or extra characters?
Absolutely. Every animation is custom-made. You can request any style, number of characters, and scenes. Minor changes are included; for major additions (like an extra scene or character), we can discuss a small extra fee and plan it together.
Q: Do you provide voiceovers?
Yes. The Standard package includes one professional voiceover (your choice of gender/accent). Premium includes multi-language or multiple voice talents. For Basic, you can supply the voice track or script. We use native voice actors to ensure natural, clear audio.

After you order, I’ll send a brief questionnaire to collect details (script, brand info, goals). I’ll draft a script and storyboard for your approval, then proceed to animation. You’ll review drafts at each step, making the process smooth and collaborative.

Basic is great for a quick, short explainer (you provide the script). Standard is our Best Value: it includes a longer video, script/storyboard, and voiceover. Premium is the full package (longest video, multi-voice, fastest turnaround).
