Do I need a Facebook Business verification before we start?
Not necessarily. If you don't have one yet, I'll guide you through the Meta Business verification process as part of the setup. It can take Meta 1–5 business days to approve, which is outside my control.
Which ecommerce platforms do you support?
Odoo eCommerce, Shopify, and WooCommerce are covered in the Standard and Premium packages. If you're on a different platform (Magento, a custom-built site), message me first so I can confirm it's doable.
Can this be connected to a chatbot or CRM?
Yes — that's included in the Premium package. If you need a deeper CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, or something custom), send me the details before ordering so I can scope it properly.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Facebook Business Manager, admin access to your store (or a staging login), and confirmation of the WhatsApp number you want to use for the Business API.
Is the WhatsApp Business API free?
The setup service is what you're paying me for. WhatsApp/Meta charges per conversation once you're past their free tier — I'll walk you through the current pricing so there are no surprises later.
