What do you need from me to start?
Either the published paper (PDF or DOI) or your experimental data (compositions, flow rates, temperatures, pressures, conversions). Without one of these, I can't scope or start the job.
Can you guarantee an exact match to the paper's results?
Not exact — process simulators involve modeling choices (property methods, reaction kinetics, stage efficiencies) that the paper may not fully disclose. I target ±5% on key outputs and document every assumption clearly so you can defend the model.
My paper has incomplete data — can you still work with it?
Often yes. I flag what's missing, make justified engineering assumptions, and document them. If the gaps are too large to build a defensible model, I'll tell you before you order rather than after.
Which simulator do you work in — Aspen Plus or HYSYS?
Both. Aspen Plus for chemical/polymer/reactive systems, HYSYS for oil & gas and natural gas processing. If you're unsure which fits your process, mention it in your order message and I'll advise.
What does the scale-up sizing include exactly?
Equipment sizing (column diameters, reactor volumes, heat exchanger areas), utility requirements (steam, cooling water, power), and a written analysis of where scale-up is non-linear and why.
