NO! Rather than architectural exterior 3d modeling and Hd images with lumion I have lots of experience in designing floor plans for offices, commercials, residential, institutional , villas and fire exit efficient buildings, landscaping, Interiors, and exteriors for these all as well.

Just for my customers i will renders 2 images for an extra 5$ if you need 2 or 3 don't charge for it but if it is more than 3 a 5$ for 2 render is nothing. All renders will be with Lumion 11 PRO of 8K quality. I will post-produce them with Adobe Photoshop for Extra photo enhancement for better look.

I will do 1 minute high quality walkthrough for an extra 80$. All walkthrough will be with Lumion 11 PRO.

I’m professional in modeling and drafting with Revit and AutoCAD for minor details. After the design process finishes, I provide Realistic renders with V-ray and Lumion 11 PRO and Enscape for Presentation purpose and use Photoshop to post-produce the renders to make project more realistic one.

Yeah! Render is just look of the project from a specific angle/two point perspective. For providing renders, it is necessary to model the building first this is 3d modeling.
