About this gig
API integration that gets your systems working together.
ZADO connects websites, web apps and business tools so data moves where it is needed.
What we can connect:
- REST APIs and third-party services
- CRM, ecommerce and internal systems
- Webhooks and scheduled data transfers
- Custom endpoints and backend workflows
Examples: send website leads to your CRM, update order status, or move records between your app and another service.
We work with Node.js, Python, PHP and existing MERN or MEAN applications. The implementation fits your current system.
You receive the agreed integration, input validation, error handling, tests, source code and setup notes. We confirm authentication, data mapping and success criteria before development.
Message us with the systems to connect, API documentation and the result you need. We will confirm the right package or a custom quote.
Packages cover defined endpoints, workflows and one app. Two-way sync, payment processing, legacy repairs and larger builds need separate estimates. Hosting, licenses and third-party fees are paid by you.

FAQ
What do you need before starting?
Share the systems to connect, API documentation and an example of the result you want. Tell us your app's stack and hosting. We confirm access, scope and compatibility before ordering. Provide access through scoped invitations or your host's secret settings.
What counts as an endpoint or workflow?
n endpoint is one HTTP method and path for a business action; authentication calls do not count. A workflow is one one-way flow for one record type, with one trigger and destination action. Package caps apply together. Complex rules need a custom quote.
Which platforms and technologies can you work with
We work with Node.js, Python, PHP, MERN and MEAN apps, plus compatible WordPress or WooCommerce systems. CRM and other platforms depend on available APIs and your account permissions. Share documentation so we can confirm compatibility.
Can you synchronize data in both directions?
Yes, by custom quote. Two-way sync needs decisions about record ownership, duplicates, conflicts and deletions. Fixed packages cover one-way flows with agreed field mappings. Large backfills, data cleanup and complex transformations are separate.

Can you build custom APIs or fix an existing integration?
Yes, after reviewing the code and requirements. A small connector endpoint may fit the listed limits. A new backend, undocumented integration, legacy repair or larger API needs a custom offer. Assessment work, if needed, is agreed and priced first.
Are payments, AI or no-code automations included?
These need separate scoping. Payment processing and subscriptions are custom offers. AI features belong in our AI integration gig. These packages focus on custom code; Make, Zapier or n8n implementations require a separately agreed offer.
What happens if the API fails or sends duplicate events?
We test agreed failure cases and add validation, error logs and bounded retries where safe. Webhook packages include duplicate-event handling for the agreed event. Provider outages, rate limits and API changes remain outside our control.
Who owns the code, and are there recurring fees?
You receive the custom source code, setup notes and handover instructions. Third-party licenses still apply. Hosting, API access, paid plugins and usage charges are paid through your accounts. Deployment covers one agreed compatible environment.
What do revisions and support cover
Revisions cover the agreed mapping, behavior and scope. New endpoints or features are extra. In-scope coding defects do not use revision rounds. Bug coverage is 14 days for Basic and 30 days for Standard/Premium; provider or unrelated code changes are excluded.
