What must be ready before we start?
An eligible business account, access to the selected WhatsApp provider, the intended number and your conversation content. We confirm account readiness before accepting a fixed setup scope.
Do you guarantee Meta verification or approval?
No. Meta and the provider control eligibility, verification and template approvals. We can explain the setup steps, but cannot guarantee the outcome or timing.
Which provider do you use?
We review your existing provider or Meta Cloud API setup and required features. One agreed provider is included per order.
Does Standard include AI answers?
No. Standard uses a defined rule-based flow. An AI response feature requires separate scoping, approved source content and a model usage budget.
Can you connect my CRM or website?
Yes. Premium includes one documented CRM create/update operation. Other website, WordPress or API connections are quoted by scope.
Are broadcasts or campaign results included?
No. These packages build the connection and conversation flow. We do not provide unsolicited bulk messaging or promise leads, sales or campaign results.
What is a conversation node?
One message, question, decision or action in the agreed conversation map. Nodes, languages, numbers and integrations are capped by package.
Do you provide a live-agent inbox?
We can route to an existing supported inbox. Buying an inbox subscription or developing a new inbox is separate.
What fees do I pay?
You pay provider subscriptions, messaging charges, hosting and any AI usage. We identify required paid tools before ordering.
What counts as a revision and support?
Revisions adjust the agreed conversation. New branches, languages or integrations are extra. Defects in our delivered scope reported within 14 days are covered.
