How do you check if a supplier is reliable?
I check business license and company age, export history, reviews, response quality and whether they are a real factory or a trading company. For bigger orders I can arrange a video call or factory visit.
Do you handle shipping from China?
Yes. I can get shipping quotes by sea, air or express and coordinate with the supplier and forwarder. Shipping, customs and tax costs are paid separately.
Do I pay the supplier directly?
Yes. You pay the supplier directly, for example through Alibaba Trade Assurance or bank transfer. My Fiverr order only covers my sourcing service, not product costs.
Can you arrange a quality inspection?
Yes. I can arrange a third-party inspection before shipping. The inspection fee depends on the product and factory location, and I will quote it before booking.
