Do you track WhatsApp chats?
I track clicks on WhatsApp buttons and links as conversions. Messages inside WhatsApp itself can't be seen by Google, only the click.
Can you track calls from my ads and my website?
Yes. Calls from ad call extensions and clicks on your website phone number can be tracked. Real call recording needs a third-party tool, which is not included.
Will this change my live campaigns?
No. I only touch tracking. I won't change campaigns, bids or budget unless you ask.
What access do you need?
Editor access to GTM and GA4, Standard access to Google Ads, and website access only if tags can't be added through GTM.
How do I know it works?
I test each conversion with Tag Assistant and GA4 DebugView, then send you screenshots of the results.
Do conversions appear in Google Ads right away?
Test conversions can take a few hours, and some reports take up to 24 to 48 hours to update. I'll tell you what to check.
