Can I request a custom automation not listed in your description?
Yes. Every package includes a custom workflow option. Message me with your idea before ordering and I will confirm whether it is possible with Shopify Flow and what package fits best.
Do I need to install any paid app for Shopify Flow?
No. Shopify Flow is completely free and built directly into your Shopify admin. You just need a Shopify Basic plan or above. There are zero extra costs on your end.
What Shopify plan do I need for Flow to work?
Shopify Flow is available on the Basic plan and all higher plans. It is not available on the Starter plan. If you are unsure, message me before ordering and I will confirm for you.
Will the automations keep running after the project is delivered?
Yes. Once set up, Shopify Flow automations run automatically 24/7 inside your store with no ongoing cost or maintenance needed on your part.
Do I need to give you access to my store?
Yes. I will need Collaborator access to your Shopify store to build and test the automations. I only request the permissions needed for the job and you can remove my access after delivery.
Can you build automations that send emails or WhatsApp messages?
Shopify Flow can trigger email notifications natively. For WhatsApp or SMS notifications, a third-party app integration is needed — that goes beyond Shopify Flow alone. Message me and I can advise the best solution for your needs.
What information do I need to provide before you start?
Just tell me which automations you want (from the list or your own idea), any specific conditions (e.g. low stock threshold, order value for high-value flag), and grant me Collaborator access. That is all I need to get started.
