Can you sync existing Shopify orders and customers?
Yes, if the required historical data is available through the relevant APIs. Historical migration is scoped separately from the live automation.
Can you sync inventory in both directions?
Possibly. First we must define which system is the inventory source of truth and confirm the available API and location rules. I will not enable two-way stock updates without clear ownership rules.
Do you support Zoho CRM and Zoho Books too?
Yes. CRM, Books, Inventory, and Desk can be included when they are part of the agreed workflow.
Will the integration prevent duplicate orders?
I can design duplicate checks or idempotent processing when the workflow and available identifiers support it.
Do you use Zoho Flow or n8n?
I use the tool that best fits the workflow. Depending on the scope, this can include Zoho Flow, n8n, Deluge, REST APIs, webhooks, or custom Node.js logic.
Can you work with WooCommerce or BigCommerce?

No blanket guarantee. Timing depends on the source systems, webhooks, API limits, workflow design, and agreed architecture. I will define the expected behavior before implementation.
