What do you need to get started?
Please provide clear product photos from multiple angles, dimensions, your logo, key features, preferred video length and any reference videos. If you have a 3D model, share it so I can check compatibility.
Do I need to provide a 3D model?
Basic requires a usable 3D model. Standard and Premium include simple exterior modeling of one product. Complex geometry and internal components require a custom quote.
What types of products can you animate?
I focus on smart home devices, electronics, appliances, solar inverters and batteries. For other product types, please send references before ordering so I can confirm suitability.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover minor adjustments to the agreed concept, such as colors, text or camera timing. A new concept, product redesign or additional scenes require an extra fee. Revision counts depend on your package.
Are source files included?
Source files are available as a paid extra. I work in Cinema 4D with Redshift. Please confirm software compatibility before purchasing. Third-party assets are included only where their licenses permit.
What video format and resolution will I receive?
All packages include a Full HD 1080p MP4 video. Please confirm your preferred aspect ratio before ordering: landscape for websites and YouTube, or portrait for Reels and TikTok. Additional versions can be quoted separately.
