Do you book the trip for me?
That depends on your package — Basic and Standard give you the plan to book yourself; Premium includes booking assistance. Let me know if you'd like booking help added to any tier.
How fast can I get my plan?
Delivery time depends on the package selected (see gig details), but I recommend reaching out as early as possible if your dates are fixed, since award space can disappear quickly.
What if no good award space is available for my dates?
I'll tell you honestly if your dates don't have good redemption options and suggest the closest alternative dates or routes that do.
Is my points/account information safe with you?
I only need your points balances and preferences, not your login credentials. I never ask for passwords.
Can you help with multiple travelers on the same trip?
Yes — just let me know the total number of travelers when you order, since pricing is per person.
