I was reluctant to hire due to the language barrier or lack of understanding; however I gave it a chance, admiring theirhustle. Regrettably, the skiptrace provided was not up to par. There were skiptraced numbers with addresses missing which reduced the total amount of delivered skiptraces in which I was promised or that was advertised.
